Please read these terms carefully before using the eesier platform.

1.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the eesier platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. eesier is a product of RSB Serviços em Software e Comunicação LTDA (CNPJ 46.402.039/0001-36). Using eesier in any capacity — including creating an account, configuring prospecting, or sending messages through the platform — constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

Service Description

eesier is an AI-powered business prospecting platform that autonomously finds potential customers, writes personalized outreach emails and messages, and manages follow-up conversations on behalf of its users. The AI agent operates using the user's business name, brand, and contact information to engage prospects via email and other supported communication channels.

3.

Service Continuity

For accounts on the free plan, eesier reserves the right to pause or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. Free accounts are offered as a courtesy for platform evaluation and do not guarantee continuous availability. For subscribers on paid plans, eesier reserves the right to discontinue the service with 30 (thirty) days' prior notice, sent to the email address registered on the user's account. In such cases, access will remain active until the end of the notice period and no additional charges will be made after the termination date.

4.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your eesier subscription at any time directly from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle — you will not be charged again, and your access continues until that period expires. After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the free plan. There is no commitment, no minimum contract, and no cancellation fee. Cancellation is immediate and takes effect at the end of the already-paid period.

5.

Refund Policy

eesier does not offer refunds for subscription payments already processed. Since the platform begins working immediately upon activation — finding leads, sending emails, and engaging prospects — the service is considered delivered from the moment of subscription. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period, but no prorated or full refund will be issued for the remaining time. We encourage you to use the free plan to evaluate the platform before subscribing.

6.

AI Agent Communications — Responsibility Waiver

The eesier AI agent sends emails and messages on behalf of the user, using the user's business name and contact information. While eesier makes every effort to generate professional, relevant, and accurate communications, the AI agent operates autonomously and may produce content that does not perfectly reflect the user's intended tone, offer, or positioning. By using eesier, you acknowledge and accept that: (a) eesier is not liable for the specific content, wording, or tone of messages sent by the AI agent on your behalf; (b) the AI agent may make statements, offers, or representations that you have not explicitly approved in advance; (c) it is your responsibility to review your prospecting settings, business description, and knowledge base to guide the AI agent's behavior; (d) eesier shall not be held responsible for any business consequences, misunderstandings, or damages arising from messages sent by the AI agent; (e) you are the sender of record for all communications dispatched through the platform, and you accept full legal responsibility for them.

7.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, maintaining appropriate prospecting configurations, and ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable laws and regulations — including anti-spam legislation and data protection laws in your jurisdiction. You must not use eesier to send unsolicited messages to individuals who have explicitly opted out, or to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activities.

8.

Data and Privacy

eesier processes business contact data to provide its prospecting services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data collected and processed by the platform is used exclusively for the purpose of delivering and improving the prospecting service. 9.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eesier and its parent company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or reputational damage — arising from or related to the use of the platform or the content generated by the AI agent.

10.

Customer Support

eesier customer support is provided exclusively via email at [email protected]. eesier may, at its sole discretion and as a courtesy, extend support through WhatsApp or other communication channels; however, eesier reserves the right to limit or discontinue support through these alternative channels at any time without prior notice. The official and guaranteed support channel is email.

11.

Modifications to Terms

eesier reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
